The Broward County Health Department ensures that visitors to parks and camps are provided with safe drinking water, proper sewage disposal, and adequate sanitary facilities and conditions.

Inspection, permitting and enforcement of environmental health standards at these facilities.
If you have any questions about permits or to apply, download and complete an application form and submit it, along with three (3) copies of your park plans and the required permit fee to the Environmental Health Section of the Broward County Health Department. The permit fee is based on the number of spaces your park has - the health department can help you calculate the correct permit fee for your facility.
