
The Teen Friendly Family Planning Services
Confidential services are offered in a teen friendly environment and include:
• Family Planning/Birth Control Services
• Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and HIV Testing (Confidential)
• Health Education
Am I eligible?
All teens age 13 to 19 are eligible for services. Fees for services are based on income and some services are free of charge. You will meet with eligibility coordinator to determine your fee schedule. Call the Call Center at (954) 467-4705 for an appointment at the location closest to you.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Appointments are suggested; however there are some walk-in appointments available during the clinic hours listed. To make an appointment call (954) 467-4705
