List of Reportable Diseases

Any disease outbreak (e. g., in the community, a hospital, or other institution,
or a foodborne or waterborne disease outbreak) is reportable to the 

• Broward County Health Department
• Florida Department of Health

Morbidity data for HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, congenital
anomalies and cancer cases are reported directly to the respective program office.
